Returns

I hope you love your new print but if for any reason you wish to return it you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Please reach out to me directly at elle@rosepalomacreative.co.uk.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address I will reach out for the correct address and will invoice you the cost of a new delivery. 

Loss & Damage

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the damage to print and packaging. I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP.
